Buttons to expand sections not working past 2.9.10

  • If I update Elementor past 2.9.10, accordion breaks…tried every version up to 3.0.5 which appears to have released today. Tried deactivating all plugins except Elementor, changing to Twenty Twenty theme, changing CSS Print Method based on other support topics but none resolve.

    Any advice? Thanks!

    Can you confirm that you are using the accordion widget of Elementor?
    I cannot reproduce the issue on my end with the latest version of Elemnetor (3.0.5)

    @gabhelper – the page is actually just https://newsite.arxhealthcare.com – I typed a space, dash & instructions to click on “Learn More” but the New Topic form made the entire field a link. Anyway, if you open https://newsite.arxhealthcare.com and click on SERVICES on the top menu, it will jump to that section where there are 3 columns EXTENDED BUSINESS OFFICE, ZERO BALANCE RECOVERY & SYSTEM INTEGRATION SUPPORT each having a LEARN MORE button. If you click that button, you’ll see an additional section with text open beneath.

    No, it’s not the actual accordion widget…I was using that terminology when I created the topic before knowing Elementor had an actual widget called that but it does emulate (sort of) what the widget does.

    FYI, this new website was created by a design firm, who charged an arm & a leg, which they used Elementor to create. They are no longer in the picture so I’m now supporting & trying to finalize before going live. I was attempting to make sure all plugins are updated as well as WP itself but found this, what appears to me a bug, in Elementor for any release after 2.9.10 which it’s currently running.
