    Hello,

Somme readers warned me they don’t see the sharing boutons at the end of the articles. I just realized it happens when we’re using Firefox (in both Mac and Windows). I saw other users had the same problem but the answer given to them doesn’t apply to my case:

Firefox doesn’t block AddToAny unless you’re in Private Browsing mode or you went and manually set privacy.trackingprotection.enabled to true in Firefox’s about:config. (The plugin’s ‘cache locally’ option has the effect of making AddToAny work in Private Browsing mode.)

I’m not using the privacy mode and I never changed Firefox configurations. And I checked with the readers that reported this bug to me, it’s the same for them.

    Could you check it out?

    Kind regards,
    Susana Nunes

  • I have the same issue with Firefox. I am able to see share buttons in Chrome but not in Firefox and Elementor page builder.

    Hi Susana,

The buttons are actually showing on your site in Firefox. You can check for yourself using a service such as browserling.com.

To troubleshoot your end, try Firefox with your add-ons/extensions disabled, and you can try disabling any external software that might block things. Ad-blocking add-ons/extensions can optionally filter out social buttons, so they’re especially suspect.

Indeed, but it was not the case when I posted my message ??

Thanks a lot for your answer.
