Buttons redirecting to wp admin

  • When people try to complete a purchase, they get a message saying?

    The admin of this site does not allow users to access the wp dashboard.

    Go back to the home page by clicking here.

    This means that customers are not able to get to PayPal to complete their purchases

    I did not notice this before as I was logged in on the website as admin.

    Any ideas of why this is happening and tips to solve it?

    I don’t think our plugin has any error messages like that. Do you have any special security plugins that might be restricting access to our plugin? Users do not need to be admins to purchase event tickets.
