• Hi,

    I’ve been using this plugin for quite a while now and I’ve been pretty happy with it so far, but recently I discovered that when I try to subscribe to one of my lists on a landing page, it’s not redirecting me to success page or adding the email to the email list.

    I have hunted all over your website and my account dashboard, and I can’t find any reason why it has stopped working.

    Is there a setting I have missed?

    Name of the account is Kids Therapy Corner and I am using custom forms.

    Looking at your account, you have enabled double opt-in for your landing page, do you receive the double opt-in emails when you submit the form?

    Hi Debbie,

    Our team analyzed and run some tests. We were able to sign-up using the form normally.

    It seems that based on your form configuration, the user has to select at least one of the lists available to continue, we tested it by selecting both lists and were able to receive the double opt-in email after the submission, as expected.
    If you would like for your users to be added automatically to the groups, you will need to set the groups as hidden in the form editor (click the groups and select the “Hidden group” checkbox).

    I can see you have managed to subscribe, but for some reason it is still not working for me. I am interested to know whether you received the success message after subscribing before you got the double optin form.

    Even if I turn off the double opt in, I am still not getting the success message after hitting the subscribe button on the landing page.

    In any case, I am going to keep trying. Might even just recreate the landing page and see if that works.

    Yes, we can confirm that we received the success message right after signing up before we received the double opt-in.

    Could you try these suggestions below? Especially the 1st.

    • Test with a different email.
    • Clear the cache or try with a different browser.
