• Hi,

I activated the plugin and it seems to be glitchy inside the add to cart box. The button position seems wrong and the Buttons don’t respond on click. Lightbox is supported by my them which is Revendor theme buy Rehub.

There are no errors in my woo commerce template so any tips on how to fix this would be much appreciated?

Update: I switched my theme to twenty seventeen and buttons now work..Any idea what could be preventing plugin from working in my theme ?

    Thanks

  • @marzmuso, Glad that you figured that out later, Well for positioning it could be the theme css and if clicking is not working then you are gonna need to check if there are some errors in the browser console.

Are you familiar with using firefox / chrome debugger to see errors?

Please hit F12 to open that then load the page again and check console if you see any errors in Javascript? If so then report that to your theme developer so if they can give any quick fixes for that?

Another think you can do here , try to deactivate your all extra plugins while your theme is active and see if you get things working as normal?

Please check those and see if you are able to catch the culprit behind those errors?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your promt reply.
I have checked in the chrome console and all can see is 1 syntax error -custom scroll but I’m not very good at code, so no idea what this is related to.

Ive got the button working only on the right side of the cart and after price. The light box works fine..

Question: Is it possible to change the text in lightbox pop up offer form ? I Mainly want to change the” price each ?

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Dan

    Hi,

Good to know you figured that out. Now to get rid of that try to disable all your other plugins then check if the error is gone? If so then enable them one by one to catch the culprit.

About changing text. Yeah sure you can by simply installing Loco translate plugin and search for that string and change as per your need. You can read about Loco here.

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
    Thanks!
