    I saw a previous post on this, but it is marked as “Resolved.”

    Mine is not working either.

    However, I was able to download MY data from the USERS / YOUR PROFILE page. But not from the public POLICY TOOLS page, or the Dashboard POLICY TOOLS page. I *think* I set it up to download and send an email. But I can’t remember and don’t know where to go to look at my settings.

    I think it’s working now. Apparently, on the set up wizard, it dod NOT take one of the email addresses I inputed. When I fixed that in the TOOLS section … and tried it … it worked.

    Glad you got it resolved. I will test the emails again and see if I can notify admin in case one of the emails is missing.
