Buttons Not Working

I am trying to use this plugin but for some strange reason it will not let me actually click the “Generate Shortcode” button. It also will not let me edit any of the settings in the Settings container to the right. I have tried this on different computers and browsers and it just does not let me click on any of these things? Please advise. Thanks
