buttons not work in theme

I just installed the WP customer reviews plugin. When I use the plugin with a standard template everything is working like a charm. Only when I select the template I will be using the buttons are not working anymore. When you click the buttons nothing happens. So something in the template is conlicting/blocking the wp review buttons. Is there someone that has any idea what I can try to get the plugin working with my template?
