Buttons not visible any more

Today I noticed, that the buttons disappear!
I dont know what happened and I didnt make any changes on my site!
the buttons were shown @the top of all pages.
I now also clicked the bottom to show, but its not showing on top, neither @ the bottom. This is strange!
