Buttons not showing on register form

    Hi, I’ve recently the installed Ultimate Member plugin and am having an issue where the primary and secondary button are not showing on my register form. The related buttons show fine on the log in page. Can anyone help? as I have searched for answers to similar issues but have found nothing that helps.
