Also tried uncheck ‘Minify CSS output of buttons’ . Then hit the button ‘reset cache’.

Now the design is all messed up, and buttons still don’t work.

    What should I do?

    Hi,

I tried to visit your website but it seems to be not working at all from here, the connection times out so I also can’t see what your problems are.

It’s working on me end :-/

    What error do you get?

I checked via some online tools but indeed the site itself seems to work.

Probably you have some firewall denying access to certain areas of the world. In this case Ukraine. Please allow that for now so I’m able to check.

Apparently it is blocking Ukraine, due to lots of hacking activity.

Mind sharing your IP, so I can give you access?

    Hi

    Email button links.

I cannot find where to insert my email address. I tried putting it in the URL but get errors. I cannot see where else to paste it.

I need 5 different email button for 5 addresses.
    Thanks

Please open a new topic next time. Email address should go in the URL field, prepended with mailto:, like so mailto:[email protected]. Open a new topic with a link to your site if there are still problems after that.

    Hi Bas,

I’ve opened you access to the site. Let me know if it works and what the issue with the buttons.

Interesting problem. The buttons have a link and render fine, the problem here is in the box containing them.

That box (the widget) has a height of zero and that makes the buttons not clickable ( technically there is another piece of content now over the buttons ).

See this screenshot that hopefully makes it more clear ( it’s the F12 developer tools ) .

A possible fix is to set your widget boxes to display: inline-block using Custom CSS. That fixes this problem.

So your CSS code would look like this :

    .widget { display: inline-block }

    Working now. Thanks!

Weird thing is – When i’m logged in as an author/admin, the link and style go crazy . Look at this scrrenshot.

Still, for all users – it works well. Why is that?

    Hi,

I have no clue. Maybe you have some caching plugins running? They usually show the page without cache when logged in. Otherwise check what you have differently on the page when logged in, probably there is something that disturbs the layout. Logged in or not doesn’t affect the buttons itself in any way.
