Buttons Inconsistent Across Posts

Love your plugin, but unfortunately I’m seeing a problem with the social share buttons appearing inconsistently across my site.

Within the Control Panel, my flare plugin is set to display Google+, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest (in that order). On most of my new posts only Google+, Facebook, and Twitter are showing up, but on others all four buttons are appearing correctly. Is there any way to do a global update of the buttons on my site so they’re all the same? Here’s an example of two posts to show you what I’m talking about:

Also, when I first installed the plugin the left column floating Flare panel would hide itself when it reached the bottom of the post and now it hovers even over the footer. Any ideas of how to get it back to working correctly?
