Buttons in themes

Hello everyone,
I am COMPLETELY new to creating a website…or anything online really for that matter..and this is all i’m able to accomplish so far: hairworld851.com

I would like to create buttons on my home page like the ones on jossandmain.com
that lead to the different pages of products i will have…but i don’t know how to do this. I have looked through every button/page i can for this particular template but i don’t know how to add more button like the 3 sample ones already there. Anyone have any advice? Or maybe a template that will work better with my needs? I also need to add payment methods to my site as well, so if anyone knows about the best way to do that, i would greatly appreciate any help i can get. Thanks!
