buttons don’t work

Hello,

there is no valid link to the website so I can’t check the exact problem but based on provided info, it’s very possible that there is a major JavaScript error on the product page.

It would be my 1st step for troubleshooting this issue to go F12 in Chrome + Console tab, red errors often cause Qty Increment Buttons for WooCommerce script not to be loaded at all. The yellow color is just warnings and won’t have an impact on the script.

You can also right-click on the html tag in F12 developer view, expand recursively, then search for this text:

It’s a part of this plugin’s script, if not found it means that the plugin’s script is not loaded at all on this specific page, be it the mentioned red console errors or a different reason.

i’m using this theme but it doesn’t work the increase buttons it has the last update of woocommerce 2020 I don’t know what could be the problem

I followed the link, there are js errors caused by the theme when checked in Chrome’s console tab. Once resolved, I’m sure that the buttons will work fine.
