+ / – Buttons disappear at checkout / session expires when quantity changed to 0

Hey Bhavik, really love your plugin!

I’ve just run into an issue where when the checkout first loads the quantity increment buttons are visible but then disappear – do you have any ideas how to make them stay there?

Also, when the item quantity is set to 0 the session expires – is it possible to just have it go to “empty cart” rather than expired session?
