Buttons and dividers don’t pick up theme color palette

I’m building a theme with a custom editor color palette, and I notice that while container blocks (for instance) pick up this color palette, button blocks and spacer/divider blocks don’t. Since I’ve disabled the custom color picker, there are essentially no colors available for these blocks.

I could re-enable the custom color picker and enter the theme colors manually, but I’d rather find a way to tell AB to use the theme’s color palette, since I can’t expect the client to figure that one out. Is there a filter?
