Button will not show up regardless of what I try…

    I have a site https://tvplumbdrain.com that I’ve installed your plugin. I’ve used it on another site without issue. However, on this site it does not present. I’ve deactivated all plugins, and it still did not present. In the hopes of finding a resolution to this issue, I have left the plugin active for you to see (or not see, which is what it is doing presently). The plugin is still activated…and does not show. I’ve tried all suggestions to no avail.

    Is there something I’m missing?

  • I am having this same problem. I have this plugin installed on three sites. It works fine on two of them but doesn’t show up on the third one. I’ve tried deactivating, tweaking settings, etc. but nothing makes it work on that site. https://events.stcwdc.org/
    It works just fine on the other two sites with exactly the same settings.

    The one it is not working on is set up as a blog allowing posts. The other two are WordPress sites but are not blogs–no posts. Is this the problem? It won’t work on blogs??

    I resolved it. In WP theme’s file footer.php you must include string:
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>
