    Hi,

    Just now i saw your website.

    Got one solution.

    Replace below css code in Appereance -> ShiftNav -> General Settings -> CSS Tweaks.

    Replace

    .shiftnav ul.shiftnav-menu li.menu-item a:hover, a:visited {background: #ff8300!important;

    with

    .shiftnav ul.shiftnav-menu li.menu-item a:hover {background: #ff8300!important;}

    Hope your css issue will be solved.
