I use the pop-up builder to show a newsletter form when clicking on the “Stay in Touch” button on our home page (https://www.capturebites.com/).

I want to have the same button on another page on my website, so I copied the entire button, including the custom css class necessary to trigger the pop-up, but it doesn’t work, it just refreshes the page. I tried adding it on a new page, existing pages, nothing works, they all just refresh, except for the home page.

It should be able to allow more than 1 pop-up trigger per website, no? What am I doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Dear @smoons,

Thanks a lot for reaching out.

Could you please share a screenshot showing how you have added css code to the button and also share screenshot from “Display Rules” and “Events” sections?
Also, kindly ask you to describe where I need to click to trigger popup/popups.

    Thanks a lot,
    Popup Builder Team

Hey, I just found the issue, it was simple. When I looked at the settings of my pop-up, the “Display rule” of the pop-up was not set to anything. I changed it to “Everywhere” and it now works.

    Dear @smoons,

Thanks a lot for letting us know you found the solution.
Feel free to contact us anytime you need assistance.

    Thanks a lot,
    Popup Builder Team
