Button to return visitor to original page

Is there a way to have a button on a thank you page to return a visitor back to the original page. I have a side bar with subscription form on all my blog pages. If a visitor fills out a form and clicks subscribe, they get redirected to a thank you page. After that, I need to have a button to have them return back to the page they were on originally.
