Button text is not translatable with wpml

Hello, I am trying to translate this plugin with wpml plugin and button text “How can I help you?” is not translated. All plugins are up to date and I tried to search all strings in this plugin with wpml and after I found this text in string translation but after filling translation texts only the original text in english language is shown. If I change this text through social chat plugin settings only this changed text is shown for all languages so it is not translated. Please let me know if this text can be translated and how. Right now I have on site free version of the plugin, but this version should be translatable. Please help me to fix the issue.
