Button Text For InStore and Online Purchases

Hey there I have a quick question. I have WooCommerce installed on my site. I have some items that can be purchased online and I have some that I want to advertise on the site but that can ONLY be purchased in store. Maybe eventually paid for online but still ONLY picked up in the actual store. I installed your plugin WC Customizer to try to individually customize each product button, but it seems that my customizations only take place on a global level. Am I missing something? Is there a way to customize each products “Add to Cart” button to say something unique? Can that not be done with your plugin? Thanks!!

Hey @prime-local thanks for giving this a try! I’m afraid that you’re correct, the button changes are global, so there’s no editing on a per-product basis.
Since changing the button text won’t disable the add-to-cart button or stop customers from adding these items to the cart, I’d recommend a different approach. You could consider making these “external” products with WooCommerce for now instead, as these let you customize the button text on a per-product basis. You could have the product link just refresh the product page or send customers back to your home page so add-to-cart functionality is disabled.
