Button Text Alignment and Remove Title

Hi,

Thank you for the plug-in, so far it’s been great. I am having a couple issues that I’m hoping you can help me with. I am trying to center the submit button (Join) so that is not at the top of the button, and right below the end of the form it has the title which I would like to remove/hide.
