Button submit problem

Hi,

It seems like your Submit button is slightly right aligned, add some margin on it’s right.

You can try something like this on your CSS file:

input[name=”pie_submit”]{
margin-right:15px;
}

2.) You can create a custom menu item with the logout link in your Desired Menu location.

You can use WP default Logout URL as well as can create a custom one. You can create a custom logout URL by appending the following 2 variables:
piereg_logout_url=true
redirect_to=[After Logout URL]

So a logout URL will be look like the following:
https://www.demourl.com/?piereg_logout_url=true&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.demourl.com%2F
