Button shows no text

I am not sure, but the text doesn’t show up on my button here. https://travelnursereviews.org/index.php/register/ Wondering what’s going on or if there is a CSS custom I can put into Simple Custom CSS to get it to show?
In the dashboard I do have the Under Settings> Appearance> Registration Primary Button Text> Set to “Register Now”
Not sure why it’s not showing text on the registration button.

Please go to your registration form in Ultimate member -> Forms -> your registration form and check “Customize this form” section on the right side of the page and see if you have empty button text field there.
