button player always moves to the left when start playing

hi

i love your player. i have got one issue … the player on start playing moves to the right and the title defines the size and position of the player… i want to play a lot of players on one site… each player for another voiceover artist playing his/her demo.
but i can’t arrange it in one line so that the layout looks good…. the length of the names moves the player positions. how can i fix it ?
and i don’t have a change of color of the player when i do a mouseover over the player.
thats a standard feature at all players.
