button overlaps

hi ?? having an issue and cant seem to rectify it, i have created a button on a layer for my slider and the text on the button overlaps onto the page ,over the button, which looks very unprofessional, any idea how to fix this? all i was doing was changing the button colour and moving the words around and it happened. Also when i view my slider online it looks completely different to how i am viewing it in preview mode, which is rather annoying ??
