Button only works on Posts and Pages?

    Hi, the shortcode button only works on Posts and Pages. can you please make it universal wherever the TinyMCE editor appears?

    I’m using a commercial plugin (Sabai Directory) and it uses a custom format (Non-CPT). If i add the shortcode manually, it works.

    you can make shortode and add it anywhere. By default plugin has only post and pages. You can crate shortcode on page then add it anywhere.
