Button on bottom of a column

Hi there

I have a problem with a section with 7 columns and a button in each column. (click the link to see https://www.roadhouse.ch/roadhouse-luzern-ausgang-in-luzern-bar-club-in-luzern)on top of column is a picture then text and then a button. the picture is always on top and I want the button to be at the bottom of column, but all at same hight that all buttons are in a row at bottom of ths section.
I tried it with the custom positioning but dont get it work.
