Button not working with element or

    I have installed the plugin in a test page, configured everything according to the installation guide and properly configured in my 3cx Pbx.

    The button show but it is greyed out and cannot be used,

    I use the basic hello! element or theme

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @abcis

    What I can see from my browser console is that there is a CORS error. It means that you did not configure correctly on Management Console – Messaging the URL of your website.

    HI again. I followed the instructions and website URL is correct https://www.abcis.com

    I have tried both with / at the end and without

    The SIP server is in another server with https but that is correctly setup as well

    On Management Console you have to put it with https:// protocol.

    https:// will not work. It requires a valid certificate.
