Button not working when selecting the custom field on register form

When I choose option to CREATE MOBILE INPUT FIELD – No and provide by custom input field name to backed option its stopped working and otp is not sending . But i choose the CREATE MOBILE INPUT FIELD – Yes Its working fine. Its basically a register form in myaccount page. If we use your default OTP verification input button, So it will work upto the OTP verification level. But the number is not able to store in the database when complete the registration step.
Also.. is it due free basic version we are using and the site is in woocommerce
