Button not working at all

    Hi,

    I’m trying to use this plugin to setup a donation button but no matter what I try the button doesn’t work.
    By “doesn’t work” I mean when I click on the pay button, literally nothing happens.
    No modal or anything.
    I’ve setup the Stripe live keys etc.

    Hello @ajgisme,

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    Did you try with all other plugins deactivated and the default theme activated ?

    I see Stripe iframes loaded in the document, I never saw it cause issues, but a good start would be testing the page with all other plugins plugins deactivated and the default theme activated.

    Thanks for your quick reply.
    I just tried switching to the default 2019 theme and yes it worked!
    So what does this prove? Do you have any idea what my custom theme might be missing that’s stopping this from working?

    I’m seeing Direct Stripe is working with your custom theme now, did you find what was causing the interference ?
