• Hithere!
    So i have a problem and i just can’t find a salution.

I have a login-Button on top of my page, where useres click on to login.
But since 1 week it’s just not working anymore… and i dont know why, i haven’t changed anything in this timeperiod.

So what i did so far: – disabled all plugins, and turn them back on – one by one, to search for a script interfearance. And it’s not working even all plugins are turned off ( I’m working with elementor, so i have to leave that one on, because the button wouldn’t show up without it…) /- Is it elementor? would be very strange.
-I changed the theme to 2020 and nothing changed.

So my question is, what can i do else, to resolve this problem?

    Thanks for every help!

  • Hello, huronsen, after examining the HTML code for the button, it looks like Elementor is responsible for the associated popup for the login form.

In that case then, you should try contacting them to address the issue.

    Thank you Ian!
    I contacted them.

For the future – does the origin (plugin) of the HTML code always indicate, which plugin causes the problem?

    Thank’s

Hi, Huronsen, the HTML code can oftentimes indicate what causes the problem as certain plugins’ HTML code is often distinctive enough to figure out what plugin is outputting that code.
