Try re-installing the plugin from wordpress repository and If you face the same issue, add those two lines to your theme manually.

Thank you for your suggestion, but we still have an issue with this as it is still not working.
We added the code you suggested, but it still wont load the facebook chat.

https://www.classicparquet.co.uk/ should be with dot after www, so we tried the second one and not working still. Can you advise?
