I am using a custom contact form made with Ninja Forms plug-in. After submittal, a Success page displays. I included the Max Button short code on this page, but all that displays on the front end is a line of text. The link works, but the “Button” does not show. I tried adding style=”inline” to the shortcode, but it doesn’t work. The form can be accessed here. You have to fill it out and Submit to get to the success page.

    Any suggestions?

It’s using AJAX (JS) to grab the success page, so basically using style=’inline’ on the shortcode should work here, although I don’t know the details about how Gravity handles that. I did a test and saw that the button came back, but without the styling.

You could try on an empty page to see if style=inline works correctly ( it should output the styling directly next to the button, not in the footer ) and if that works, maybe ask the Grav. forms guys how to do this.

Also check if you are using the latest version of all the plugins and WP.

Bas, Thank you for your quick reply! I tried it on a blank page, and it displays correctly. I have asked the forms support if they can help with it and will let you know what they reply.

You can close it out, but it never got resolved with the Ninja form. Both of the things I wanted to do – use your button on the success page and use a custom footer on the form page – did not work. Unfortunately I had to remove the button altogether and stick to the main footer used on the site. But I will use your plug-in on other sites because I like how easy it is to use, and your attention to support is excellent!
    Thank you,
