Button not showing at all after download

Hi!

After I installed plugin and activated it, waitlist button does not show up at all.

Using KIDZ theme (https://themeforest.net/item/kidz-baby-store-woocommerce-theme/17688768) and WooCommerce latest version.

Whats wrong with that?

I tried deactivating all plugins, tried to switch theme (switched to TwentyEighteen). Still not working.

Any more ideas?
