Button missing on some pages

Hi all. First, thanks for the awesome plugin!

I’m working on a site, https://www.osageambulances.com/, and I’ve added a responsive menu button to the upper-right corner of the header. It works great…on some pages. On other pages, such as https://www.osageambulances.com/type-i-warrior-ford-f350-ambulance-sold-to-city-of-dumas-of-dumas-ar/, it doesn’t appear at all. I’ve looked thru the code on the offending page, and I don’t see the button tag for #responsive-menu-button present at all.
