Regarding urbancyclinginstitute.org, I’m afraid I couldn’t locate any mailto link so that it would be helpful is you tell us exactly where to look.

Also, Have you already handled this issue? Otherwise, please tell us exactly how we can replicate it.

I attempted to replicate the issue on the page URLs you provided but couldn’t encounter the problem with the mailto buttons; they appear to be functioning correctly.

If the issue persists on your end, please ensure that there are no popup blockers active on your website. Additionally, try temporarily deactivating any browser extensions you have installed. Once done, clear your browser’s cache and revisit the page to check if the buttons work as expected.
