Button Links Not Working

  • The buttons in the hero section of the front page and in the call to action section won’t link to an internal page that is not in the menu. The url of the internal page is: [ redundant link removed ]

    The hero section button shows the desired link in the administrative view. The call to action button shows nothing in the administrative view. On the live site in an incognito window, the hero section button shows a link to /#. That is a link to the front page. The call to action button does not show a link.

    I put the correct links in the proper places in Elementor. Links in the icon boxes and post boxes/cards work just fine. It is extremely frustrating to have a simple action like linking not work. I came across a 2017 Github article where other users were having similar problems with linking on Elementor: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/1440. No true resolution in that article, though.

    What would prevent the links from working?

    Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The author can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
