Thanks for using Depicter. I have checked this and it is working just fine. Please follow the below steps. 1. Select the button, 2. navigate to options 3. you can see the “Link element” option put the link of page you want there and do not forget to publish the slider. Also you can see the “open in new tab” option there as well.
