Button Linking Issue

I have a button that im trying to link to a forum on within the site.

dfwunite.com forum button linking to dfwunite.com/phpbb3/

I edited the perm link on the page tab within dashboard to https://www.dfwunite.com/phpBB3/

The forum link on the main page just goes back to the main page. What the heck am I doing wrong. Please help an idiot.
