Button Link for Chat Box Pop-up?

Hello, I am wondering if I can create a link in the middle of my webpage to force the popup chat box?

Basically when my customer is in the middle of a product page, I want to make a banner that if they click on, the facebook chat at the bottom left pops up.

Is that possible?
