    Hi there,
By default, WooCommerce shows the filename if the user leaves the file name field empty in the product edit screen for the downloadable products.

I need to set “Download” as the default label for the button in the “Downloads” tab under My Account.

    Hi @engrrajonahmed ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

If I understand correctly, you would like to set “Download” as the default name for the download button listed under My Account → Downloads, yes?

While setting this as the default label is not an out-of-the-box feature for WooCommerce core, you could set the name for each individual downloadable product via Product edit page →?Product data → General, as seen in the screenshot below:

This is what it would look like after setting the Name field to “Download”:

I’m not sure how many downloadable products you are looking at editing the Name field for however, I have checked and cannot find a plugin that allows for Bulk editing downloadable products to set the Name field.

If you are looking for a way to set this as the default for all downloadable products, rather than manually setting the Name as “Download”, this may require custom code.

Since custom code is outside our scope of support, you could look at?hiring a developer?or ask your customisation questions in one of the channels below.

    Hope this helps!
