Button is not loaded in hide mode

    After the current update and activation of v2, “Enable hide button mode” doesn’t load button component at all. It was convenient to hide button from customers for troubleshooting or test purchases. Right now when parent is not visible, button is not present in dom. It worked fine before upgrade to v2.

    Hope you are doing well!

    if you enable the option “Enable hide button mode” the button of Amazon Pay will not be present on Cart and Checkout.

    “This will hides Amazon buttons on cart and checkout pages so the gateway looks not available to the customers. The buttons are hidden via CSS. Only enable this when troubleshooting your integration.”

    Hope you are keeping well too!

    The way you describe it used to work prio to upgrade to v2 for me.
    The issue is that the button is not hidden with CSS anymore, it is not present in HTML.

    The button is rendered by Amazon, I’d have to check how are things really working, but maybe the render code doesn’t do anything if the container is hidden.

    Yes, that seems to be the case, because I tried also to manually hide it with CSS outside of plugin options. It is like you say, if container is hidden code doesn’t create button at all. Thank you for looking into it.
