• Hello,

I have installed WooCommerce PayPal Payments but when I am in the checkout page I can’t pay because the button is disabled. Can I help me?

    Thank you.

    Hello @luiito

Does this happen for the subscription product?

It will be helpful if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button.

Please provide those log entries on our PrivateBin. After uploading, paste here the link, so we can review them in detail.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hello @luiito

I would like a system report, hoping that I can check the URL and potentially verify if the issue with the product relates to subscriptions, but it seems like the site is currently in maintance.

According to the system report, you are using PayPal Subscription mode. For subscription products to work seamlessly with PayPal, each subscription must be tied to a properly configured plan.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure your subscriptions are correctly set up:

    1. Go to Products > All Products on your platform. Here, you can either create a new product or edit an existing one. Ensure that the product type is set as either Simple Subscription or Variable Subscription.
    2. For the subscription to work correctly, it must have a specified price and a defined billing cycle. Please note that once the product is connected to PayPal, the billing cycle settings cannot be modified.
    3. Ensure the “Connect to PayPal” checkbox is selected and provide a Plan Name for your subscription. This step is critical for linking your product to a PayPal subscription plan.
    4. Click “Publish” or “Update” to save your product settings. This action will create or update your PayPal Subscription product and its associated plan.

You can also find a similar guide and more information in our documentation. If you’ve followed these steps and the issue persists please let us know and include a link to a product.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian
