Button icons not showing in frontend, only in admin

Hello!

I’m developing a website with Blocksy and Editor Plus, but the button icons are not showing in website frontend, only in WP Admin page editor.

To isolate the problem, I installed a new WP with Twenty Twenty One theme and WP Editor Plugin only and the problem persists.
