Button hover colors changed from customizer is not working

Hello,
I use Neve theme on my WordPress website. Currently, I use its free theme for the trail.
But, I’ve faced a problem with the button colors on hover.
I tried to change the primary button color on hover from WordPress customizer after installing the theme, but that didn’t work.
There is an option for changing the button color on hover in the customizer but this doesn’t make any effect on the default colors that came with the theme.
I need help with this.

Visible in contact pages for exampleTo complete info, when i change colors for filled buttons, i also change for outlined. Same issue for primary and secondary buttons.
