Button – Goran theme

  • Hello,

    Im using the Goran theme and I want to have a button(1or2) on the header/featured image on the page. According to the theme this is possible but Im not getting it to work. Can someone here guide me?

    I installed the theme to test quickly ??

    You can set your featured image on your post / page and add the following to your editor (text view)

    This is my button

    (edit the link as per your needs)

    I see on the theme it has a call to action button. I believe if you follow these posts, it will give you the answers you are looking for…

    Hi Jónína, when you’re using the Grid Page template with Goran as you are on your homepage, the content area where you’d be able to add a call-to-action button is below the header area, in the white area, above the grid.

    To be able to add a button over the image like on the demo, you’d need to choose the Front Page template, instead of the Grid Page template.

    If you prefer the Grid Page template for your homepage, you may be able to move up the button with some custom CSS. If that’s the case, feel free to add your button first, and then we can look at moving it up and styling it with some CSS.

    Thank you Kathryn that is what I’m hoping to but Im still new to CSS so some support would be good. Here after I’ll post in the Goran forum.
