button for user submitted posts??

  • I am trying to make a site with user submitted posts, i downloaded the plug in but i am such a newby that i dont understand how the visitor to the site would see where they could submit anything. is there another plug in im supposed download? are there any videos or how to sites that explain how to set up a user submitted website?

    need all the help i can get, thank you.
