Button for creating new link GROUPS not working

I just noticed that I can’t create new link GROUPS because both the ‘create’ and ‘cancel’ links don’t seem to be working.
As a matter of fact, that entire section of the screen appears ‘garbled’

Creation of new individual LINKS works fine
